Our returns policy is extended for Christmas. All items purchased throughout November and December 2020 can be returned or exchanged until January 16th 2021.


Returns and exchanges are possible for all items ordered through the website. However, if you have requested extra customisation such as an adjustment to the fit or length, or a different fabric, these bespoke items cannot be returned.
Please contact me within 14 days of delivery to let me know if you would like an exchange or refund. The item must be shipped back within 30 days of delivery. You are responsible for the return shipping costs and any item must be returned in its original unused condition.

How to return an item for refund or exchange

  1. Email, with your order number and advise the reason for your return.
  2. Put a note with your name and order number inside the parcel. For exchange, please also note what you are exchanging for.
  3. Take your parcel to the nearest post office. Our returns address is:

Kindly note, when sending a return, always retain proof of postage as the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. A refund will be made to you via the original method of payment, excluding any delivery costs, as soon as the item arrives back with us. For exchanges, please allow 3 working days for your new item to be made and dispatched.
