UK DELIVERY INFORMATION
UK Standard: UK standard delivery is FREE. Please allow 5 working days for your items to be made and dispatched. You will be notified when your order is on its way. Items will be sent first class with Royal Mail.
In our experience, most orders are delivered the next working day from dispatch, however it is not a tracked or guaranteed service, and may take longer to arrive.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Returns and exchanges are possible for all items ordered through the website. However, if you have requested extra customisation such as an adjustment to the fit or length, or a different fabric, these bespoke items cannot be returned unless faulty.
Please contact me at maria@rubyfury.co.uk within 14 days of delivery to let me know if you would like an exchange or refund. The item must be shipped back within 30 days of delivery. You are responsible for the return shipping costs and any item must be returned in its original unused condition.
